2. Order and agreement
When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent via email. The agreement is considered concluded when the order confirmation is sent. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies in, for example, price and product information before an agreement is concluded.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices should be stated clearly and as a general rule as the total price including VAT when we are targeting consumers.
If the price is displayed excluding VAT (e.g. in a B2B context), this is clearly stated in connection with the price.
Any shipping costs and other fees are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Payment
Payment can be made via the payment methods offered at checkout, e.g. card, invoice or other specified method (including third-party providers).
When purchasing on invoice, special terms and conditions may apply from the payment provider.
5. Delivery and delivery times
Delivery method: Goods are delivered either from our own warehouse or directly from the supplier .
Normal delivery time: Items are usually shipped within 1-7 business days from order confirmation , unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

When you cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount paid (including any standard shipping) no later than 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice. However, we may wait with the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown that it has been sent.
Important if information is missing: If correct information about the right of withdrawal is not provided, the withdrawal period may be extended in some cases.
Right of withdrawal (B2B): The right of withdrawal does not automatically apply to business customers, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Damaged goods and missing shipments
Reserv is responsible for the transport until the goods are delivered to you as a consumer.
In case of missing delivery/package: We apply a handling time of 5 working days before a formal search can normally be initiated with the carrier, but this does not affect your statutory rights.
Upon receipt:
-
Check the packaging and goods as soon as possible.
-
To facilitate damage management, we ask you to note any visible damage directly to the carrier upon delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights towards Reserv.
