The 8212JH3 from EBM-Papst is a compact DC axial fan from the S-Force series, designed for applications where high airflow and high static pressure are required in a small form factor. The fan is powered by a 48 V DC motor with speed control and delivers up to 220 m³/h at 14,000 rpm. With a maximum static pressure of 710 Pa, it is ideal for dense cooling solutions in industry and electronics.
Thanks to the optional mounting position and compact 80 x 80 x 38 mm housing, the 8212JH3 is easy to integrate into existing systems, regardless of orientation.

Technical specifications
| Product attribute | Value |
|---|---|
| Airflow at 0 Pa | 220 m³/h |
| Speed | 14,000 rpm |
| Power | 37 W |
| Voltage | 48 V DC VAC |
| Motor frame | The fan has a plastic housing with dimensions of 80 x 80 x 38 mm and a mass of 0.210 kg. Mounting is done with ISO 4762 M4 screws without a washer. The mounting position for the axis is optional. |
| Casing | plastic, square |
| Impeller | The fan impeller is made of plastic and rotates counter-clockwise when viewed from the rotor side. The airflow is directed outwards over the support legs. At free airflow and 14,000 rpm, a maximum airflow of 220 m³/h and a maximum static pressure of 710 Pa are achieved. |
| Bearing type | ball bearing |
| Motor protection | automatic restart on locked rotor |
| Rotation direction | counter-clockwise |
| Motor type | The motor is a DC motor with speed control and a nominal voltage of 48 V DC. The voltage range is 20–58 V DC. The motor has reverse polarity protection via diode and automatic restart in case of a locked rotor. The locked rotor current is approximately 11,000 mA at nominal voltage. |
