The R2D250-RC10-11 from EBM-Papst is a robust RadiCal centrifugal fan with backward-curved blades, specially developed for railway applications. The fan measures 250×250×123 mm and is powered by a three-phase AC motor (M2D074-EI) at 400/480 V AC with a power of 215 W. With an airflow of up to 1405 m³/h and a noise level of 62 dB(A), it delivers powerful and relatively quiet ventilation.
Thanks to certifications according to EN50155 and EN61373 Cat. 1B, the fan is designed to meet the stringent requirements of railway environments — including vibrations, humidity, and temperature variations. It is excellently suited for climate and ventilation systems in rail vehicles.
