The mounting position is with the shaft horizontal or the rotor facing downwards; mounting with the rotor facing upwards is possible upon request. Fastening is done via prepared threaded holes for self-tapping M4, M5, and M6 screws. An accessory, an inlet ring (part no. 96420-2-4013), is available but not included in the delivery.
