The 6224NTDA from EBM-Papst is a compact DC axial fan with a wall ring, measuring 172×172×51 mm. It delivers an impressive airflow of 600 m³/h at 5,130 rpm and is perfectly suited for demanding cooling and ventilation applications in industry and electronics. The fan is powered by a DC motor with a nominal voltage of 24 V and a wide permissible voltage range of 16–28 V.
Thanks to the 0–10 V analog control signal, you can easily adjust the speed as needed. The optional mounting position and the robust metal housing with a round shape make the fan easy to integrate into most applications.

Technical specifications
| Product attribute | Value |
|---|---|
| Airflow at 0 Pa | 600 m³/h |
| Speed | 5130 rpm |
| Power | 48 W |
| Voltage | 24V DC VAC |
| Motor frame | The fan has a diameter of 172 mm and a depth of 51 mm, with a weight of 0.78 kg. Mounting is done with M4 screws (ISO 4762) without a washer or extra support. The mounting position for the shaft is optional, and the maximum tightening torque during assembly is 600 Ncm in all corners. |
| Casing | metal, round |
| Impeller | The fan wheel is made of plastic and rotates counter-clockwise when viewed from the rotor side. The airflow exits over the struts. With free air supply and 5130 rpm, a maximum airflow of 600 m³/h and a maximum static pressure of 350 Pa are achieved. |
| Bearing type | ball bearing |
| Motor protection | automatic restart on locked rotor |
| Rotation direction | counter-clockwise |
| Motor type | The motor is a DC motor with speed control via an analog control signal of 0–10 V. The nominal voltage is 24 V DC with an allowable voltage range of 16–28 V. The motor has reverse polarity protection via P-channel FET and automatic restart upon locked rotor. Protection class III applies to electrical safety. |
