The R2D250-AI02-11 from EBM-Papst is an axial fan with backward-curved blades and an integrated motor – a so-called motorized impeller – for AC current. The fan is powered by a three-phase external rotor motor of type M2D068-CF and is built for demanding industrial ventilation applications. With a robust sheet metal casing in black paint and lifelong lubricated ball bearings, it delivers reliable operation in harsh environments.
The fan is excellent as an integrated component in air handling units, cooling systems, and ventilation systems where high air volume and long operating times are crucial. Please note that the motor lacks built-in overheating protection – an external motor protection relay is mandatory.
